In partnership with Central Indiana Community Foundation (CICF), we are committed to preserving the facilities and cultural heritage of the Massachusetts Avenue venue, as well as striving to provide the best venue for live performances in the Mass Ave Cultural District. The Central Indiana Community Foundation (CICF) in partnership with local donors, and businesses proud opened The District Theatre in July 2018. Located in the same facility as the much-loved Theater On the Square or TOTS, we plan to continue the cultural legacy that has served so many Indianapolis residents.

Seating capacity – 120 includes wheelchair space
Stage is approximately 20′ deep x 48′ wide. Wood base with 36mm treated plywood top.
Loading area
Rear alley. Truck access is 28’ wide by 45’ tall. Loading doorway to theater side-stage is 6’ tall roller door by 8’ wide.

CABARET SPACE
Seating capacity – 60 with cabaret tables of four
